Account Deletion

In accordance with Article 17 of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to the erasure of your personal data created and stored by YourBook, including the YourBook app on iOS, Android or through a web browser.

This includes the following data types:

  • Account credentials
  • Audio recordings
  • Transcripts of audio recordings
  • Text written with the aid of AI services based on transcripts of audio recordings
  • Names and other identifying information
  • Images uploaded to the platform
  • Images generated by AI services based on user input

In order the request the deletion of your account, please enter the email address associated with the account in the form below. We will send you a confirmation email in order to verify that you have deliberately taken this step. After confirming that you wish to proceed, you will be provided with a link to download all of your data. All of your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of YourBook receiving your account deletion confirmation. This process is irreversible.
